Returns & Refunds – My Bubu Kawaii

At Mon Bubu Kawaii, we want your collecting experience to be as satisfying as possible. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here are our return and refund policies.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-day period)

  • Customers in the European Union: In accordance with legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • Customers in Switzerland: Although not legally required, we also offer a 14-day return right as a commercial courtesy.

  • Mandatory condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, new and with its packaging intact.

2. The Special Case of "Blind Boxes"

Due to the random nature of these collectible products:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for Blind Boxes whose packaging (seal or box) has been opened.

  • Receiving a "duplicate" or dissatisfaction with the discovered character does not constitute a valid reason for return once the product has been unboxed.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@bubukawaii.com, stating your order number.

  2. After validation, return the product to the address that will be provided to you (depending on whether your package needs to go back to our warehouse in Switzerland or France).

  3. The return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error in preparation on our part.

4. Cancellation before Shipment

If you change your mind before your package is shipped:

  • Any cancellation request incurs an administrative processing fee of 10% of the total order amount.

  • These fees are deducted from the final refund to cover processing and bank transaction costs.

5. Refund Terms

Once your return is received and inspected by us:

  • The refund will be issued to the payment method used during the purchase.

  • Store Option: You can choose to receive your refund in the form of a Mon Bubu Kawaii Gift Card, valid for 12 months.

  • Processing times generally range between 5 and 10 business days after receipt of the package.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your figurine shows a clear manufacturing defect (excluding a slightly damaged shipping box):

  • Take a photo of the defect as soon as you open it.

  • Contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will proceed with an exchange or a full refund at no additional cost.
