1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the bubukawaii.com website, operated by Alexandre Swiss Services (ASwS), IDE: CHE-438.249.053, with its registered office at Rue du Collège 30, 1964 Conthey, Switzerland. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products and "Art Toys" specifics

• 2.1 Collectibles: The figurines and "Blind Boxes" offered are collectibles intended for an audience of 14 years and older. They are not considered toys within the meaning of CE or Swiss standards and are exclusively intended for decoration or collection.

• 2.2 Blind Boxes: Due to the random nature of the product, no exchange or refund is accepted for reasons of "duplicate" or dissatisfaction with the character received once the box is opened.

3. Pricing and transparency (Omnibus Directive)

Prices are indicated in CHF (for Switzerland) or EUR (for Europe), including VAT. In accordance with European regulations, any price reduction announcement indicates the lowest price applied by the seller during the 30 days preceding the application of the promotion.

4. Delivery and Customs

Thanks to our two logistics centers located in Switzerland and France, customers residing in the European Union pay no customs fees upon delivery.

• Shipping costs: Switzerland (8.50 CHF), France (7.50 EUR).

• Free shipping: Delivery is free for purchases of 70 EUR/CHF or more.

• Delivery times: 3 to 15 working days depending on destination and quality checks performed.

5. Right of withdrawal and Cancellation

• 5.1 France/EU Customers: You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw (excluding opened blind boxes).

• 5.2 Swiss Customers: Mon Bubu Kawaii offers a 14-day return policy for new products with intact packaging.

• 5.3 Cancellation fees: Any cancellation request before shipment will incur administrative handling fees of 10% of the total amount, deducted from the refund. Refunds may be issued as a gift card valid for 12 months.

6. "Bubu-Coins" loyalty program

• 6.1 Membership: Free and reserved for customers with an account.

• 6.2 Earning points:

  • Purchases: 1 € or 1 CHF spent = 5 Bubu-Coins (BC).

  • Events: 200 BC offered for the member's birthday.

  • Social: 50 BC per social action (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

• 6.3 Value: 100 Bubu-Coins = 1 CHF/EUR discount. Points are valid for 12 months.

7. Discount Policy and Non-stacking

• Non-stacking rule: Benefits cannot be combined. Excluded from combination are the use of two simultaneous promo codes, the application of a code to an already discounted product, or the use of Bubu-Coins on an already discounted order.

8. Liability and Data (FADP / GDPR)

ASwS disclaims all liability in case of non-compliant use of collectibles. Data processing complies with the Swiss FADP and European GDPR.

9. Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sion (Valais), Switzerland.
