No, no customs fees for our customers in Switzerland and France.
Thanks to our two logistics centers (one in Switzerland and one in France), your orders are shipped locally, which eliminates any additional customs fees.
Shipping rates:
- Free shipping from €35 to a pickup point or home delivery (France and European Union)
- Switzerland: free shipping from CHF 34.90, otherwise CHF 8.90
- France, under €35: pickup point from €4.90, home delivery from €8.90
Delivery times: between 3 and 15 business days depending on your location.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the receipt of your order.
Conditions:
- The product must be new and sealed
- The factory packaging must not be opened
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Blind Boxes are based on the principle of random draw. Once opened, we cannot guarantee the fairness of the draw for other customers.
